Common values
About this tool
Format hashtags separated by spaces, lines or commas, normalize prefixes, remove duplicates and check an editable count limit.
Input is split on whitespace and commas. Leading # marks are normalized and duplicates are matched case-insensitively.
The default limit is an editable example. Actual limits vary by platform and post type.
The tool does not assess prohibited terms or relevance to your post.
FAQ
- How can I add # to every tag at once?
- Separate tags with spaces, lines, or commas and run the formatter. Existing prefixes are removed and one # is added to each retained tag.
- What happens to duplicate hashtags?
- Only the first copy is retained. Latin-letter tags are compared without case, so #Travel and #travel are treated as duplicates.
- Can line-separated tags be made into one line?
- Yes. One tag per line is converted to a space-separated #tag #tag format.
- Can I check a hashtag count limit?
- Enter the count you want to check. The result reports whether the formatted list is within that limit or how many tags exceed it.
